Please read and understand all the terms and conditions set out below that DermaClinix offers to the users and patients. Acknowledge them before booking any treatment to rule out the chances of any dispute.


Appointments and Cancellations

DermaClinix has a team of well-trained and experienced skin experts and dermatologists. They are approved following the norms and follow Dermaclinix’s treatment protocols. You may contact us immediately at ………….if you are not able to visit the clinic at your scheduled appointment.

It is essential for you to inform the cancellation of an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. You will not be able to get the discounts or offers if you fail to cancel or re-schedule your appointment before 24 hours. It may also result in a loss of treatment. DermaClinix is liable to fortify the deposited advance amount in such cases.

It is requested that the patient should arrive at least 10 minutes in advance at the clinic. It will help in processing the necessary paperwork on time. We are committed to ensuring that your scheduled appointment runs on time. However, if in any case, the cancellation or postponing of appointment is from our end, we contact and inform you in advance.


Course and Treatment Plans

It is believed that once the patient books a treatment plan or course, he or she will complete the duration of treatment. DermaClinix is not responsible if the patient changes the mind in between the duration of treatment to cancel it. Also, we do not offer any refund on the treatment plans and offers unless there are exceptional conditions like the patient is not suitable for the treatment due to health issues.


Treatment suitability

DermaClinix offers a treatment which is suitable to the patient, keeping his health issues in mind. If the treatment is not suitable, we inform the reasons behind it. In such cases, the patient is liable only for the cost of the consultation.


Liability

We provide our services only after taking the consent of the patient. DermaClinix is not liable in contract for any mishap, economic or financial loss or any other indirect or consequential loss incurred out and arising out of, or in connection with its services to the patient.

It is believed that the patient will provide every essential information about his or her health with all essential medical details before the commencement of the treatment. The doctors at DermaClinix will not be held responsible if the damage or loss during the treatment occurs due to failure of providing the correct health information before starting the treatment.

Patients need to follow every aftercare instruction given to them by the doctors at DermaClinix regarding the treatment and the treated areas. DermaClinix will not be held responsible for any injury or mishap incurred due to the patient’s negligence in following the given instructions.


Your right to complain

DermaClinix treats all the patients with the utmost warmth, love, and compassion. Each patient is treated equally and provided the most suitable treatment as per their health conditions. However, if in any case, the patient feels that he or she is not treated fairly may raise complain verbally through telephone or in writing. We will be happy to help you in assisting while making complain.

DermaClinix believes that you will attend the course of the investigation and further consultation to resolve the dispute. It will be done along with the practitioner who was involved in the treatment procedure. Patient’s satisfaction in our attempt to resolve the issue is our utmost priority, failing to which, the doctors at DermaClinix will look at the matter and review the case.
